Alternative 2 As each shape is made up of 5 equal squares, the one with the least perimeter must be the one with the most number of edges in the interior, hence (B). 7. The picture has 10 rows of 12 dinosaurs. Simon has halved the number in each row, which is correct. Carrie has halved the number of rows, which is correct.
